Best Man

• Organise the stag night (preferably not the night before the wedding)
• Organise the Ushers on the day
• Supervise the issue of Buttonholes and Orders of Service on the day
• Take grooms going away clothes to the Reception Hall
• Drive the Groom to the church
• Take charge of the Ring and hand it to the Groom at the ceremony
• Organise transport for guests from the church to the Reception
• Liaise with the Toastmaster re timing of speeches, cake cutting, etc
• Make brief speech, including the reading of telegrams and thanking the Groom for his toast to the Bridesmaids
• Take the Grooms formal wear for return to the hire company at the end of the reception

Chief Bridesmaid

• Help bride dress on day of the Wedding
• Meet bride at church door and organise other attendants
• Arrange Bridal Veil and Train before the procession down the aisle
• Take bouquet from Bride during Service and return it after the Register is signed
• Take charge of the Brides dress after she has changed to go away
